NO PHOTOS & VIDEOS.
--- Shows will be professionally photographed and videotaped. Links will be distributed to families by Ensemble.
--- For performances at Mockingbird Music: Families are permitted to photograph and video-record performances in this venue.
NO FOOD OR DRINK. (Except water.)
NO TALKING DURING THE PERFORMANCE.
CHILDREN WHO CANNOT SIT QUIETLY MUST BE TAKEN TO THE LOBBY.
--- This allows the performers, audience, and technical team to move forward with the show.
--- We understand that younger audience members may need a break during the show and parents do not want to miss out on seeing the performance. For this reason, we encourage bringing an additional adult who can accompany younger children to the lobby if needed.
--- For performances at Mockingbird Music: Please note that this is an intimate space with no lobby availability.
IS THERE ASSIGNED SEATING?
--- All tickets are general admission.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
--- Tickets will be required for all audience members regardless of age or participation in other Ensemble performances.
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
--- Performances at Norwood Theatre & Canton High School: Tickets will be available for an additional $3-$5 each beginning when the doors open. Please select your show for details regarding doors open times and ticket prices.
--- Performances at Mockingbird Music: No tickets will be sold at the door due to limited seating.
CAN I ORDER TICKETS OVER THE PHONE?
--- Unfortunately, our ticketing service is not set up for phone orders.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
--- Performances at Norwood Theatre & Canton High School: Audience members who arrive more than 10 minutes after the performance has begun may not be admitted. Audience members may not admit additional audience members once the box office has closed.
--- Performances at Mockingbird: Due to the intimate nature of the performance space, late audience members will NOT be admitted.
WHAT ARE ENSEMBLE'S COVID POLICIES?
--- At this time, masks and proof of vaccination will NOT be required. We will continue to evaluate and make any necessary adjustments as we near the performance.
